owned subsidiary of Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc.

Health Care Service Plan and Management Services corporation,
providing comprehensive managed care services to

Practice Associations (IPAs) and Medical Groups. ProMed
HCA has developed contractual relationships with

and experienced physician networks, quality hospitals
and HMOs. By providing "turn key" operations
with integrated management services, both quality
health
care and cost savings are realized by the providers,
patients, and payers. ProMed HCA is owned and managed
by physicians, who are leaders in the managed care
industry.
